good morning : we are home. home, home on the range. we are not in Japan, where our whirlwind tour took place just a scant week ago. alls i can say is--unbelievable. simply amazing, and even better than the last time i was there 4 years ago. all shows at near max cap and many thirsty ears getting satisfied. (that sounds naughty somehow.) the food, the peeps, the architecture, the temples, the sake, the beer, the whisuky. thanks be to Takuya Shinkawa and Stiff Slack Records for making it such a magical (what?) time. big ups to Wick Smith for skillfully committing to film the entire journey.
